We are more than a community — we are a movement and a family who believes that all humans deserve love and acceptance. Our mission is to spread God's grace and preach the true gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost and teach the Bible in its fullness to the believers in the world wide body of Christ also by denouncing the false preachers, teachers, and prophets. Revelation 2:20 .We are called to show compassion to those who are lost or hurt and to offer a place to celebrate Jesus together. Morning Star Rwanda is a welcoming and affirming Christian Church whose arms are open to embrace everyone, just as God embraces us all without distinction. We worship God joyfully and serve Jesus enthusiastically.

Pursuing Christ and Impacting the Community.
a. Reach People - Reach out to people, serve and connect to the community with the love of Christ, and impact the community around us relationally and spiritually.
b. Raise People - Raise people to become mature believers of Christ through discipleship, evangelism, training, and equipping while at the same time impacting our community relationally and spiritually.
c. Release People to impact our community for Christ - Release people to the ministry of the gospel within the community as the heart of Christ. Through this process, we will continually seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

God looks for consecrated Christians who live from an intimate relationship with God.

Jesus came to “seek and to save the lost." God desires that everyone be reached with the life-transforming power of the Gospel.

Philippians 2:3-4 Do not act out of selfish ambition or conceit, but with humility think of others as being better than yourselves. Do not be concerned about your own interests, but also be concerned about the interests of others.
Vision
To see people encounter God and live life to the fullest, see Christians who are in the true and sound Biblical teachings and doctrines, see Churches that are using the Bible as their only authority and source of their teachings and doctrines and Jesus being in the center of lives. To see the world reached for Christ and every Christian being a member of a local Church to be disciple and being sent for the harvest.
Mission
Our mission is to give every man woman and child multiple opportunities to hear and see the true gospel message by: - training church members in the sound Biblical doctrines to go and be the agents of transformation in their areas of influence. – Train Evangelist to go meet the world for Christ. – Writing books. – Mobilize like minded ministers and ministries to work hand in hand to denounce heresies, false teachings, doctrines and false prophecies that are rampant in the Church today.
